Job Description:

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with reinsurance domain experience to support the implementation of a unified, cloud-based reinsurance platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize functional, data, reporting, integration, and non-functional requirements.
• Act as the bridge between underwriting, operations, claims, finance, technology, and platform/vendor teams.
• Support assumed reinsurance processes including submission intake, underwriting, rating, treaty/contract issuance, and post-bind administration.
• Support ceded reinsurance processes including treaty setup, cessions, recoverables, settlements, retrocession, panel allocations, and capacity-provider reporting.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Techno-Functional Consultant.

• Reinsurance COTS Product Expert – Expertise in FS-RI(SAP), Sapiens Re, or similar platforms, with the ability to align product capabilities to business needs.

• Reinsurance Domain Expert – Strong reinsurance domain knowledge to define business vision, capture capabilities, and map requirements to the target solution.

• Solution Architect – Lead end-to-end solution design, integration strategy, stakeholder alignment, and estimation support.

• Strong experience in insurance or reinsurance, preferably in both assumed and ceded reinsurance operations.

• Experience working with finance, underwriting, claims, operations, and technology stakeholders.

• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS solutions and Microsoft Azure environments is preferred.
