Job Summary

Craft Interactive Technologies is looking for a skilled Techno-Functional ERPNext Consultant with experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, and system configuration. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal technical teams to understand business requirements, configure ERPNext solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements and business processes.
• Configure ERPNext modules, workflows, forms, and reports based on business needs.
• Coordinate with developers on customizations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Support ERP implementation, testing, data migration, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Conduct client training and provide post-implementation support.
• Prepare functional documentation and project status updates.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERPNext consulting or implementation.
• Strong understanding of ERPNext modules, workflows, and business processes.
• Knowledge of ERP configuration, customization, and reporting.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client requirements and coordinate effectively with technical teams.
