Experience - 8-12 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Collections platforms, with significant experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical leadership.

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead with strong technical expertise in the Banking and Debt Collections domain to lead solution delivery for collections transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and customers to define requirements, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and guide delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Experience with Experian PowerCurve Collections is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities Customer & Business Engagement

• Partner with customer business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions with business and technology teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Challenge requirements constructively and drive alignment on business objectives and expected outcomes.

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

• Lead solution design discussions and recommend scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and platform specialists to define implementation approaches.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to development and support teams.

Banking & Collections Domain Expertise

• Bring deep understanding of Banking operations, Debt Collections, Recoveries, Customer Lifecycle Management, and Regulatory requirements.
• Drive solutioning around collections strategies, treatment paths, collections workflows, customer segmentation, and decisioning processes.
• Support customers in optimizing collections processes through technology enablement and automation. Stakeholder Management
• Engage effectively with business users, product owners, architects, and senior stakeholders.
• Present solution options, impacts, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with customer leadership and key stakeholders.

Risk & Delivery Management

• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and solution challenges early.
• Work proactively with delivery teams to develop mitigation plans.
• Support project planning, estimation, and execution activities.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery commitments.

Quality & Governance

• Review solution designs and deliverables for quality and completeness.
• Ensure adherence to technology standards, security requirements, and governance processes.
• Participate in architecture reviews, design reviews, and release planning activities.
