About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Techno-Sales Engineer to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, generating sales opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire protection and safety segment.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

· Prepare technical quotations, proposals, and product presentations.

· Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.

· Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

· Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and orders.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

· Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

· Conduct site visits and provide technical assistance as required.

· Keep updated with fire protection products, systems, standards, and market developments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

· 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, techno-commercial sales, or a related field.

· Experience in the Fire Industry will be an advantage.

· Strong technical understanding and customer-handling skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Good negotiation, presentation, and follow-up abilities.

Work Location: In person
