Role Overview: Performs imaging procedures and treatments aligned with Cardiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Cardiology principles and applies appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal outcomes.
• Works under supervision of a registered Cardiac sonographer.
• Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans following hospital protocols.
• Completes documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
• Maintains equipment and work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities to uphold care standards.
• Completes assigned goals.

Qualifications & Skills: Enrolled in an accredited Ultrasound or Cardiology program, with basic computer literacy.

Licensure: BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
