Technologist - MRI PRN

Job Summary Performs imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment. Also, executes additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Applies thorough knowledge of radiologic principles, choosing appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal outcomes.
• Develops and implements procedure or treatment plans according to hospital protocols.
• Completes necessary documentation to ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold patient care standards.
• Achieves assigned goals efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the specialty area, with proficiency in MRI competencies.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT R), with MRI registration preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• State licensure as required.
