As our Technology Adoption & Change Manager, you will play a key role in delivering technology, business improvement and change initiatives that enhance business performance and ensure investments translate into measurable outcomes. Working across the business, you will drive adoption, build capability and help embed new ways of working that improve efficiency, consistency, usability and operational value.

This role is based at our Derwent Park Head Office with travel as required.  To support this, a fully maintained work vehicle with private use (or an allowance if you have a suitable vehicle) and a fuel card are provided.

The ROLE

• Intrastate and interstate travel required
• 2-year contract
• Lead technology, change and business improvement initiatives
• Drive adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working
• Partner with leaders to drive successful and sustainable change
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping and improvement activities
• Develop communications, training and change resources
• Monitor adoption, benefits and business outcomes

• Experienced in change management, transformation or business improvement
• Proven ability to deliver technology-enabled change
• Skilled at engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders
• Strong communicator who can bring people on the journey
• Experienced in process analysis, mapping and improvement
• Strategic, outcomes-focused and commercially aware
• Confident coaching others and building capability
• Passionate about continuous improvement and better ways of working
