• 主な職務内容:
• 弊社のコア翻訳チームの一員として業務を行う
• お客様向けの提案書、プロジェクトのケーススタディ、契約書、会社案内、プレスリリース、プロジェクト関連の技術文書など様々な文書の翻訳を担当
• 第三者のレビューなしに単独で文書の翻訳と校正を行い、お客様に提出できる翻訳文書を作成することが求められる
• 機械翻訳の正確さと完成度のチェック
• 他の翻訳者が行った翻訳のレビューと校正
• 用語集、スタイルガイド、翻訳メモリなどの参考資料の使用、作成
• 翻訳プロジェクトにおいて他の翻訳者と緊密に連携し、翻訳の品質と一貫性を確保
• お客様との会議やワークショップで必要に応じて通訳を行い、プロジェクトチームをサポート
• スキル/資格:

必須スキル

• 翻訳経験 5～10年。通訳経験2年以上
• MS Officeに堪能であること。翻訳/ローカリゼーションプロセス、翻訳メモリツール、専門用語の管理プロセスおよびコンピューター支援翻訳ソフトに関する基礎知識
• 文書の背景にある意図を理解し、原文をできるだけ明確かつ正確な日本語に翻訳し、同時に、文化的な適切性やニュアンスを維持しながら翻訳する能力
• 厳しい納期や優先事項の変化に対応できるプレッシャーの強さ
• IT業界での少なくとも5～8年の経験
• 高い英語力を備えた日本語ネイティブ

• ITの専門用語とソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルに関する知識
• 多様な/複数のステークホルダ環境においてチームで働く能力
• グローバルなデリバリー環境での業務経験と意欲
