Job Responsibilities

• Explore emerging technologies and trends across Smart Buildings, IoT, AI, automation, sustainability and intelligent infrastructure.
• Identify and develop Smart Building use cases to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, safety and user experience.
• Support the design and development of Smart Building solutions, including IoT devices, sensors, networks, building systems, applications, cloud/edge technologies and AI solutions.
• Translate business and user requirements into practical technical solutions, including system architecture, integration requirements and implementation plans.
• Participate in technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, innovation trials and solution testing.
• Work with vendors, system integrators, contractors and internal teams on installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues across IoT, networks, applications, APIs and building systems.
• Maintain technical, architecture, configuration and operational documentation.
• Support Smart Building demonstrations, workshops and customer engagements, including ensuring the One Comcentre Smart Building Show Suite is ready for presentations.
• Translate complex technologies into clear and engaging demonstrations and use cases for potential customers.
• Engage customers and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify opportunities to apply Smart Building solutions.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of Smart Building solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.

• 2years of relevant experience

• Strong interest in Smart Buildings, IoT, AI, automation, data, sustainability and emerging technologies.

• Curious and hands-on, with an interest in experimenting with new technologies and turning ideas into practical solutions.

• Comfortable working with engineers, vendors, technology partners, business teams and customers.

• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive, adaptable and willing to be involved in both technical design and on-site implementation/troubleshooting.
