Technology & Solution Division Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy & Innovation Leadership
Develop and execute the Technology & Solutions roadmap aligned with business strategy, identifying emerging technologies, market trends, and innovative solutions that strengthen the company's competitive position and support future growth.

2. Solution Development & Engineering Excellence
Lead the development of industrial cleaning technologies, engineering methodologies, and technical solutions to deliver superior customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and differentiated service offerings.

3. Laboratory & Technical Capability Management
Oversee laboratory operations, testing protocols, analytical services, and technical validation activities to ensure accuracy, reliability, quality standards, and business support requirements are consistently achieved.

4. Technology Sourcing & Strategic Partnerships
Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, equipment suppliers, and industry experts to accelerate innovation and enhance organizational capabilities.

5. Customer Technical Solutions & Business Development Support
Collaborate closely with Commercial and Operations teams to provide technical expertise, develop winning technical proposals, solve complex customer challenges, and create value-added solutions that support revenue growth and customer retention.

6. Operational Improvement & Process Optimization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying engineering principles, process analysis, data analytics, and innovation methodologies to improve productivity, quality, safety, sustainability, and operational performance.

7. Team Leadership & Capability Development
Lead, coach, and develop the Process Engineering, Laboratory, and Technology Development teams, building strong technical capability, knowledge sharing, innovation culture, and succession readiness.

8. Governance, Risk & Compliance Management
Ensure all technology development, laboratory activities, and engineering solutions comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, quality systems, and SH&E requirements while proactively managing technical and business risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience related to Engineering design , Process Engineering in Petrochemical Industry or industrial Cleaning Service with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery  sectors preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of analytical chemistry and industrial process applications.
• Proven leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
