Beyond support, this individual will evaluate and improve the firm’s existing systems, lead the implementation of AI and automation tools across operations, and ensure all technology meets the security and compliance standards of a regulated financial services firm.
We are seeking a candidate who is eager to grow alongside the firm. The ideal individual will take ownership of our technology, continuously improve our systems, and play a key role in developing the infrastructure that supports Kingswood’s continued growth.
