About the Role

As an Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, supporting clients in addressing workforce and organizational challenges. You will contribute to project delivery, conduct research and analysis, develop client deliverables, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of HR and workforce transformation initiatives aligned with client business objectives.
• Conduct research, data gathering, benchmarking, and analysis to identify workforce and organizational improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing project deliverables, presentations, reports, and client recommendations.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to organization design, workforce planning, leadership, culture, and talent-related projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and client requirements.
• Assist in facilitating workshops, meetings, interviews, and focus group discussions with client stakeholders.
• Analyze workforce and people-related data to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends, leading practices, and emerging technologies related to workforce transformation and human capital.
• Support business development activities through research, proposal preparation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality, risk management, and professional standards in all project activities.

Qualifications and Grade Level Expectations

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, human resources, organizational development, workforce transformation, change management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Interest in workforce transformation, HR technology, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is an advantage.
• Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
• Work effectively in diverse teams and contribute positively to team objectives.
