• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and best practices for scalable and high-performance systems.
• Experience in evaluating and selecting appropriate technology stacks and tools to meet project requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
