Technology Associate

A unique role for a fresh graduate which combines hybrid responsibilities, balancing everyday IT support (40%) with process & workflow optimization (60%). The ideal candidate will focus on streamlining daily tasks, creating digital workflows, and configuring low-code tools using the Microsoft Power Platform to help our teams work more efficiently.

1. Process & Workflow Optimization (60%): Design digital workflows to simplify your own personal tasks, progress to optimize the internal processes of the IT department and eventually branch out to other department’s workflow requirements.
2. IT Support & Infrastructure (40%): Provide responsive hardware troubleshooting, operating system maintenance, basic networking support, and end-user assistance.

Job Qualifications:

1. A graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. Core Concepts: Basic understanding of software logic, databases, relational data models, and programming fundamentals.
3. Ecosystem Advantage: Prior academic exposure, internships, or personal projects involving Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI is highly preferred.
4. Problem Solving: Analyzing repetitive manual task and figuring out how to build a digital system to make it seamless.
5. Technical Support: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems (Windows), and network connectivity troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi).
6. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain digital tools and workflows to non-technical users across different departments.
7. Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow your skills into advanced enterprise workflows as the company scales.
