Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using cloud applications.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide thought leadership on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new business models.

Job Requirements :

• 11-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of cloud applications (e.g., Salesforce) and their application in various industries.
• Proven track record of developing successful partnerships with clients across multiple sectors.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
