Job description:

Job Overview We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and solutions-oriented Technology Consultant to coordinate and manage client digital transformations, technology infrastructure optimizations, and enterprise software implementation pipelines from planning through completion. This role will work closely with corporate C-suite executives, project managers, development engineering crews, software vendors, and cross-functional technology deployment teams to ensure infrastructure designs and technical solutions are delivered according to agreed schedules, performance data requirements, quality standards, and client commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate corporate client technical discovery plans, systems diagnostics, and business modernization strategies from initial architecture planning through full deployment.
• Develop project schedules, system infrastructure review baselines, technical milestone tracking matrices, and enterprise implementation plans.
• Coordinate closely with core software engineering teams, backend data platform architects, security framework leads, and product development units.
• Monitor project progress, technical deployment costs, infrastructure integration timelines, cloud project budgets, and key technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, external technology suppliers, cloud ecosystem hosts, third-party system consultants, and regulatory stakeholders to maintain absolute project alignment.
• Review project requirements, technical data specifications, customized software architecture drawings, API topology designs, and integration blueprints.
• Support procurement and tracking of big data analytics utilities, enterprise tool sets, software engine licenses, and internal tracking components.
• Monitor installation, software platform integration testing, reporting database commissioning, and formal system configuration handovers at client locations.
• Identify project risks, network processing latency, technical integration bottlenecks, and data system exceptions and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare comprehensive technical audit reviews, platform velocity dashboards, and management updates.
• Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant fair data processing practices, internal security policies, and local data protection regulations (such as PDPA).
• Maintain accurate project documentation, master data dictionaries, architectural schema records, technical system logs, and transaction interface files throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Support improvements to predictive technical forecasting models, multi-disciplinary engineering coordination, and automated integration workflows.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative analytical discipline.
• Experience in technology consulting, enterprise systems engineering, software solution architecture design, digital transformation advisory, or related technical implementation pipelines.
• Good understanding of relational and non-relational database design, data pipeline orchestration mechanisms, cloud migration models, and technical cross-functional project coordination methods.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT landscapes (e.g., Cloud infrastructure architectures like AWS/Azure/GCP, API integration topologies, DevOps processes, or database management networks) will be an advantage.
• Strong project coordination, communication, relationship alignment, and stakeholder management skills under complex software engineering timelines.
• Good analytical, quantitative system diagnostics, and systematic structural troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to manage multiple technical infrastructure development activities simultaneously and execute layouts according to tight, agreed project timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, enterprise data architecture mapping tools, and common digital collaboration infrastructure platforms.
• Experience working with corporate executives, external software suppliers, corporate security advisors, or enterprise platform leads will be an advantage.
