Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) Specialist specializing in AMAG Symmetry to support a major energy and utility provider. You will be responsible for leading the design, integration, and support of critical physical security infrastructure, ensuring continuous system operation and compliance with national critical infrastructure standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and expansion of the enterprise AMAG Symmetry PACS platform.
• Integrate access control infrastructure with corporate systems including Identity & Access Management (IAM), ServiceNow, and monitoring tools.
• Manage database queries, badge provisioning workflows, access group administration, and system hardware connections (controllers and readers).
• Ensure all access control processes align with NERC CIP compliance and enterprise

Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

10+ years of dedicated experience implementing and upgrading enterprise Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).

Demonstrated hands-on expertise with AMAG Symmetry software and hardware solutions.

Certified or extensively experienced in NERC CIP regulatory environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for system administration and reporting.

Must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).

Preferred Qualifications Experience using AMAG Connect or AMAG Guest modules.

Prior background in the electric power, utility, or critical infrastructure sectors.

Familiarity with AWS cloud environments, Kafka event streaming, or Splunk integrations.
