Technology – Cyber Security Graduate Scheme

About The Role Our Cyber Security team uses the latest technologies to increase visibility and protection of our systems, services, and data. Over this 2-year graduate scheme, you’ll use your technical ability to help protect our organisation, while learning about incident response, security platforms and cyber assurance. You’ll also spend time in Tesco labs, working with other tech grads, coding and trying our new tech.

Salary: £40,000

Programme start date: 6 September 2027

Working at our Welwyn Garden City campus Our leafy, green campus is just 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Welwyn Garden City with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and sports facilities. Close to the A1, and with frequent trains running to Finsbury Park in just 20 minutes (free shuttle buses take you between the station and office), the campus is well connected to the surrounding area.

On campus, you’ll find subsidised restaurants and coffee shops, as well as a Tesco Express to pick up your lunch or last-minute essentials. You can join the on-site Nuffield Health gym, which has state-of-the-art fitness equipment, two studios for group classes, plus treatment rooms (membership costs £23.50 per month).
