Technology Delivery Lead - AMS

Key Responsibilities

As a Technology Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will provide strategic leadership and deep technical expertise across complex delivery engagements. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, shaping technology strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of business-critical solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the adoption of innovative technologies and delivery practices that drive business transformation and create measurable value.
• Partnering with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, define requirements, and recommend technology solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
• Providing expert guidance to delivery teams, ensuring the implementation of industry best practices and high-quality outcomes.
• Driving delivery excellence by optimizing processes, improving service performance, and enhancing client satisfaction.
• Influencing delivery strategies across multiple initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling informed decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and defining roadmaps that support business growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
