Description 求人内容 -Performing a variety of process development including process recipe, its equipment and approaching. -Developing thin film deposition process including fundamental research. -Trouble shooting and process transfer to mass productions -Collaborate with other groups such as process integration, device, failure analysis, and mass production team for creating robust process. -様々なプロセス開発に従事し、プロセスレシピ開発だけでなく、装置、プロセスアプローチを含めて開発 -薄膜成膜プロセスの開発を実施 -量産に向けた装置、プロセスのトラブル対応 -プロセスインテグレーション、デバイス、不良解析チーム、量産部隊といった様々な関連部署とのコラボレーションによる安定したプロセスの開発 資格

Required:

• Majors in Engineering Physics, Chemistry, Materials or equivalent degree -Good communication skills -Data analyzing skills based on experimental results

Preferred:

• Research experience of physics, chemistry or materials -Verbal and writing English skills

Skills:

• Familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Required:
