Description 求人内容 # Your role As a Technology Development Engineer, you will contribute to the development of advanced lithography scaling technologies for next-generation 3D NAND flash memory products. Working closely with development teams in Yokkaichi and global engineering teams, you will leverage data analysis, modeling, simulation, and problem-solving skills to enhance manufacturability, patterning accuracy, yield, and product performance. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge semiconductor technologies and play a key role in bridging design, process development, and high-volume manufacturing. # Your responsibilities

• Develop advanced scaling technologies using Optical Proximity Correction (OPC)
• Develop, calibrate, and validate lithography and OPC models using simulation and silicon measurement data
• Create parameter file sets to transform mask data required for semiconductor patterning and evaluate their performance through simulation-based verification
• Assess patterning risks through lithography simulations and propose design rules for high-volume manufacturing application
• Enhance OPC processing efficiency and engineering productivity through the application of AI and automation technologies 資格 ＜Required Qualifications＞
• Master's degree or Ph.D. candidate in Engineering or Science disciplines, including Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to project execution
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, including technical report writing ＜Preferred Qualifications＞
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices and semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of lithography, optical simulation, and imaging technologies
• Knowledge of programming, numerical simulation, modeling, and statistical analysis techniques
• Experience working in Linux/UNIX environments
• Programming experience with Python or similar programming languages
• Experience applying AI technologies to automation and workflow efficiency improvement
