Technology Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain departmental systems and records, including SAP, OA, DMS, PMES, MEDPRO, and other internal systems.
• Handle work reporting, purchase requisitions, material requests, MRB applications, travel requests, and process route maintenance.
• Create, update, organise, and maintain departmental documents, forms, reports, and records.
• Manage mould-related documentation, including temporary and official mould cards, mould parameters, and mould trial records.
• Assist with meeting arrangements, scheduling, report preparation, and other daily administrative activities.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, training, and other departmental records.
• Assist in monitoring machine hours, equipment and mould maintenance records, mould trials, and production support activities.
• Manage departmental supplies and work-related materials.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in administration, document control, manufacturing support, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Familiarity with 7S, Quality Management System (QMS), and ISO 13485 requirements is an added advantage.
• Good communication, organisational, and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage for communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
