Technology Standards & Best Practices
- Define, maintain, and continuously improve technology-specific standards and guidelines.
- Ensure alignment with Platform Architect’s reference architecture.
Technical Leadership & Guidance
- Act as the go-to expert for the assigned technology domain.
- Provide design and implementation guidance to engineering teams.
- Support teams in solving complex technical challenges.
Reusable Assets & Frameworks
- Develop and promote reusable libraries, templates, and accelerators.
- Standardize common solutions across teams (e.g., API patterns, UI components, data pipelines).
Collaboration Across Different Teams
- Collaborate with platform architecture, productivity engineering, and quality teams to align on architecture patterns, integrate tools and frameworks, and ensure strong testability and quality practices.
- Work closely with domain engineers (e.g., SRE, Security) to embed reliability and security standards across solutions.
Capability Enablement (Execution Support)
Support the Technical Capability Manager by:
- Providing input into skill frameworks
- Contributing to training materials or workshops
- Mentoring engineers within the domain
