Technology Enablement Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technology Enablement Analyst to join our innovative team. Duties

• Develop and design engaging training programs focused on information technology, software applications, and technical support topics tailored for professional development.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions both in classroom settings and via online platforms, ensuring clear communication and effective learning experiences.
• Create high-quality instructional content for e-learning courses using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe InDesign, and other instructional design software.
• Manage and update training materials across Learning Management Systems (LMS) like SharePoint, LMS platforms, and other digital repositories.
• Provide technical support during training sessions, troubleshoot software or hardware issues, and assist learners with platform navigation on systems such as Windows, macOS, Linux, and EMR systems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new training modules aligned with evolving organizational needs.
• Analyze training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to continuously improve instructional strategies and content delivery.

Experience

• Proven experience in corporate training or professional development roles with a focus on teaching information technology or software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop instructional content for e-learning platforms using tools like Adobe Captivate, Adobe Dreamweaver, or similar software.
• Strong background in delivering instructor-led training sessions both in-person and virtually across diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with a broad range of technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace, SharePoint, Help Desk systems, and operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues related to computer networking, operating systems, EMR systems, Java applications, HTML coding, Oracle databases, and Adobe Creative Suite products including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analysis skills to assess training needs and measure program success through data-driven insights.

Pay: $99,200.00 - $148,800.00 per year
