The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a Technology Innovation Analyst (Public Sector) who supports emerging technology initiatives, data analytics and digital transformation efforts to enhance operational efficiency, streamline business processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.

The Talent

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Technology, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in supporting technology implementation, data analytics, digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, cybersecurity developments and evolving technology-related threats and trends.

Job Description

• Support the evaluation, development and implementation of technology initiatives, including artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics and other emerging technologies, from proof-of-concept to deployment.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools and solutions to address business needs and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate data-related case reviews and assessments, monitoring progress and ensuring cases are tracked through to closure.
• Assess existing business and operational workflows to identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in implementing process enhancements through the use of suitable digital tools and technology solutions.
• Prepare basic data analyses, dashboards and reports to support emerging technology assessments, insights generation and operational performance monitoring.
