Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and experiment with emerging technologies, AI solutions, development tools, and industry trends.
• Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and assess new technologies for enterprise adoption.
• Translate innovative concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Define enterprise architecture standards, development frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive innovation initiatives involving AI, automation, cloud, productivity platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Develop and manage data architecture, including data models, integration, governance, and analytics enablement.
• Partner with regional technology teams to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and establish technical standards across multiple markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8-10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technology Innovation, R&D, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot ecosystem.
• Proven experience evaluating and deploying emerging technologies within enterprise environments.
• Passion for technology research, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel within the region and internationally when required.
