OT Integration Delivery Lead | Basel, Switzerland

We are looking for an experienced OT Integration Delivery Lead to support a major digital manufacturing and operational data programme within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing and deployment of OT integrations across manufacturing systems and data platforms
• Deliver integrations involving DeltaV, Syncade MES, AVEVA/OSIsoft PI and LIMS
• Configure and develop solutions using Ignition, MQTT, HiveMQ, industrial gateways and connectors
• Define source-to-target data mappings across batches, equipment, materials, recipes, process parameters and quality data
• Coordinate site automation teams, system integrators and technology vendors
• Develop scalable and reusable OT integration patterns for future deployments
• Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, GMP, validation, data integrity and change-control requirements
• Support testing, qualification, deployment and transition into operational support

Your profile

• Strong background in OT integration, industrial automation or manufacturing systems
• Hands-on experience with DCS, MES and historian environments
• Ideally strong knowledge of DeltaV, Syncade and AVEVA/OSIsoft PI
• Experience with Ignition, MQTT, HiveMQ, industrial gateways or message brokers
• Good understanding of ISA-88/ISA-95 and OT/IT integration
• Experience delivering integrations within regulated manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of GMP, CSV/CSA and data integrity requirements
• Comfortable leading technical delivery across internal teams, vendors and integration partners
