We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Data Warehousing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable reporting solutions, developing dashboards, performing complex data analysis, and working with large-scale datasets using Tableau, SQL, Amazon Redshift, Teradata, and Excel. The candidate will be responsible for leading analytics initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting initiatives, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Write optimized and complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Work with large datasets stored in Amazon Redshift and Teradata environments.
• Develop automated reporting solutions and streamline manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with business, product, finance, and operations teams to understand analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Perform customer behavior, product performance, operational, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Lead root cause analysis, trend analysis, and KPI monitoring initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Mentor junior analysts and developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for BI development.
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting frameworks, dashboard performance, and data quality.
• Support stakeholder presentations and translate complex analytical findings into business recommendations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Warehousing.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and performance optimization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Dashboard Development, Data Visualization, and Storytelling.
• Experience working with Amazon Redshift and Teradata databases.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and analytical data models.
• Experience creating automated reporting and business intelligence solutions.
• Ability to analyse complex business problems and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Customer Experience Analytics, Product Analytics, or Financial Analytics.
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of data pipeline development and reporting automation.
• Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
