Technology Manager - Aloha

Role Description The Technology Manager is responsible for solving customers technology issues and concerns related to the Aloha system. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be capable of setting Aloha systems, changing its configuration, troubleshooting issues and concerns, installing and supporting its operation, must have managed Aloha POS and demonstrate they can solve both simple and complex system related problems.
• Candidates must possess payments technology domain expertise, specifically related to Aloha
• Candidates should possess solid time management and customer expectations management.
• Candidates should possess effective Team Leadership skills, including mentoring, communication, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in hospitality or restaurant technology, knowledge of POS and payment systems, and familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
• Associate degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN, and eventually travel across NC, SC and Ms when required.
