Technology M&A PMO Analyst (Associate, Contract)

Intelance is an enterprise architecture and technology advisory firm. We support organisations through acquisitions, divestments and separations. We are building our associate panel of experienced PMO analysts who can bring control, accurate information and clear reporting to future technology transaction work. This panel role does not guarantee an immediate assignment. Each engagement will be agreed separately through a statement of work.

Provide the delivery control and reporting that keeps a technology transaction organised.

• Build and maintain integrated plans, milestone trackers and workstream updates.

• Keep risks, actions, issues, dependencies and decisions accurate and current.

• Prepare governance packs, status reports, meeting papers and clear summaries.

• Record decisions, owners and deadlines, then follow through until actions are closed.

• Track day one readiness, migration activity, testing, cutover and transitional service actions.

• Check information from different workstreams and highlight gaps or conflicting dates.

• Support budget, resource and supplier tracking where required.

• Give the delivery lead and integration lead a reliable view of progress.

• Improve simple controls and templates when the existing process is weak.

We are looking for someone who can show:

• Recent PMO or programme analyst work on a technology integration, separation, carve out or other complex technology change.

• Strong planning, risk, action, issue, dependency and decision tracking.

• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills, with clear and accurate written work.

• Experience preparing governance packs and reporting for senior stakeholders.

• The confidence to challenge missing, late or inconsistent information.

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow through.

• A practical understanding of technology delivery across applications, data, infrastructure or workplace technology.

• The right to work in the UK and the ability to travel to client sites when an assignment requires it.

• The ability to work as an independent associate under an agreed statement of work.
