Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the development and management of LMS, CRM, mobile applications, and customer portals.
• Drive innovation in digital onboarding, credit scoring, and alternate data usage.
• Ensure robust cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with business teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Strong background in NBFC, Fintech, or Banking industry.
• Experience in building and scaling digital lending ecosystems.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of RBI/NHB regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to scale technology functions in a high-growth environment.
