Make an Impact

As a Technology Operations Associate at Bridge Property Management, you'll be the go-to application support partner for onsite and corporate teams across our portfolio of 170+ multifamily communities. You'll troubleshoot issues in Yardi, RentCafe, Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, and SmartRent, using ServiceNow to manage each ticket from intake to closure. You'll find and fix the root cause, not just the symptom. This is a new technology function at BPM, so you'll help shape how it works and have room to take on more scope over time. In this role, you will:

• Support RentCafe, Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, SmartRent, Yardi Voyager 8, CRM IQ, and Compliance Manager for onsite and corporate users
• Troubleshoot platform issues using structured root cause analysis, and escalate to vendors when internal troubleshooting reaches its limit
• Manage Yardi user administration, including new user setup, role-based access, modifications, and deactivations, in coordination with HR and property operations
• Own your ServiceNow tickets from intake through closure, meeting team SLAs and keeping documentation accurate and thorough
• Flag repeat issues, site-level patterns, and emerging ticket trends so the team can act early
• Run regression testing for software upgrades, new plugins, and platform enhancements, and help the team make go/no-go decisions before release
• Support system setup, user setup, and platform readiness for newly acquired properties, and manage clean system transitions for divested properties
• Conduct lease audits, data cleanup, form updates, and configuration reviews, and document findings with recommendations
• Build the team knowledge base by capturing resolved ticket solutions, recurring issues, and platform processes
• Provide platform guidance and content to the training team

What You Should Bring

• Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager and RentCafe, including troubleshooting, configuration, and supporting onsite and corporate users
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing platform
• A systematic approach to troubleshooting and finding root causes
• Background in multifamily property management operations, with a clear sense of what onsite teams need
• Strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple open tickets
• A proactive approach: you spot issues and act without waiting to be asked
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality documentation
• Experience with Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, or SmartRent preferred
• Familiarity with Yardi CRM IQ, Compliance Manager, or Manufactured Housing modules preferred
• Experience with system testing, UAT, or release validation preferred
• Exposure to audits, data cleanup, or compliance reviews in property management preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
