Schedule and publish social media, SMS, and email marketing materials

Support staff with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and admin tasks)

Help maintain shared files, folders, and network drives

Genuine interest in technology and learning new tools

Working knowledge of Google Workspace

Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking (IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, connectivity troubleshooting)

Familiarity with file and folder structures, permissions, and network shares

Clear, patient communication, especially when explaining tech to non-technical people

Comfort juggling many tasks and prioritizing on the fly

Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently

Nice to have

Experience with POS systems or social media scheduling tools

Comfort working with large spreadsheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables, lookups)

Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools; basic database or SQL familiarity is a bonus
