Technology Procurement Specialist

We're seeking a sharp, commercially minded Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, supplier management, and procurement activities across a diverse technology and business services portfolio.

This role would suit someone with around 4-7 years of procurement experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You may come from an internal procurement team, consulting environment, commercial/contracts function, vendor management role, or a related discipline where you've developed strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role
Working alongside senior procurement and business stakeholders, you'll support end-to-end procurement activities across a range of categories including:

• Technology and software
• Cloud and SaaS services
• Professional services and consulting
• Technology vendors and managed services

You'll be involved in sourcing activities, supplier engagement, commercial analysis, contract negotiations, and procurement governance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly capable, eager to learn, and looking to broaden their procurement expertise within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities.
• Assist with RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Conduct market analysis and commercial assessments to support procurement decisions.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance and risk requirements.
• Support supplier performance and contract management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and ways of working.
• Provide procurement support across technology and professional services categories.

About You

• Approximately 4-7 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial management, contracts, vendor management, or a related field.
• Exposure to technology, professional services, consulting, or corporate procurement environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Highly proactive, curious, and able to work through ambiguity.
• Well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within regulated industries is beneficial but not essential.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, contract management, or supplier management frameworks is advantageous.
