Key Responsibilities

• Run project kickoff, mobilisation and resource onboarding into the client environment.
• Establish and operate the governance framework — RACI, escalation paths, decision rights and reporting cadence.
• Chair weekly status meetings, issue minutes within 24 hours, and publish weekly and monthly status packs.
• Own the risk, issue and dependency registers; escalate early and manage formal change control.
• Plan and sequence the department-by-department rollout waves, and chair go / no-go readiness gates.
• Assemble milestone evidence packs and drive them through client review and acceptance.
• Manage a blended onsite and offshore team of 8–10 people, scaling to a peak of around 10 FTE.
• Act as the primary delivery interface to the client's CISO office, IT and department data owners.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years managing enterprise Microsoft 365 or information-security programmes end to end.
• Hands-on familiarity (not necessarily configuration) with Microsoft Purview Information Protection and DLP, sensitivity labels, Microsoft Entra Conditional Access and Microsoft Intune App Protection.
• Proven delivery in large, complex, multi-site organisations.
• Strong working knowledge of information governance, data protection and cybersecurity processes — this is a security programme, not a generic IT rollout.
• Milestone-based and acceptance-gated delivery experience, including formal evidence and sign-off.
• Excellent written English — the role produces client-facing reports, minutes and evidence packs weekly.
• Comfortable managing a hybrid team and travelling to Manila periodically through the engagement.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior delivery for an International Financial Institution, multilateral development bank, or a regulated bank. The client states this is highly preferred, so flag any such experience prominently.
• Experience with phased or wave-based rollouts across many business units.
• Exposure to organisational change management and user-adoption workstreams.
• Vendor-side experience responding to formal SLAs with delay penalties.
