The position is critical to ensuring delivery consistency, risk management, and cross-functional alignment across complex enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Program Delivery: Own and manage delivery across Cloud & AIOps, Monitoring & Observability, and Disaster Recovery initiatives, maintaining a consolidated portfolio view.
Project Planning & Governance: Define scope, schedules, milestones, and governance frameworks in partnership with practice leads.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate across Engineering, Security, ITSM, Procurement, and vendors to resolve dependencies and align execution.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations across programs using structured tracking and reporting.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and summaries translating technical delivery into business impact.
Disaster Recovery Program Support: Coordinate enterprise DR exercises, audits, post-test remediation tracking, and compliance readiness.
Disaster Recovery Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end DR planning activities including business impact analysis, recovery strategy development, tabletop exercises, and full failover execution. Ensure recovery objectives (RTO/RPO) are documented, tested, and met across critical systems.
Cloud & AIOps Program Support: Track cloud migrations, AIOps enablement, cost optimization, vendor engagements, and platform onboarding.
Monitoring & Observability Support: Manage adoption programs, tooling integrations, MSP transitions, and observability maturity initiatives.
Monitoring & Observability Team Coordination: Serve as the primary coordination point for the Monitoring & Observability team, facilitating prioritization, cross-team dependencies, and delivery alignment across alerting, dashboarding, and observability tooling initiatives.
Command Center Coordination: Coordinate with the Command Center function to ensure real-time operational visibility, escalation readiness, and incident communication protocols are aligned with project and program delivery activities.
ITSM & Process Alignment: Ensure alignment with ITIL-based change, release, and service transition processes.
Data Center, Remote Office & Facilities Technology Coordination: Coordinate technology work across data center operations, remote office buildouts, and facilities infrastructure, ensuring project schedules, vendor activities, and hardware deployments are tracked and executed in alignment with broader IT programs.
Database Support Team Coordination: Partner with the Database Support team to align database-related project activities, maintenance windows, capacity planning, and environment readiness with program delivery timelines.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Track contractual deliverables, SLAs, and delivery milestones from suppliers and MSPs.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Maintain KPIs and dashboards, identify trends, and recommend delivery improvements.
