Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent
• Source, screen, and present highly qualified candidates for technical roles
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a solid understanding of the tech sector
• Provide guidance to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
