Technology Research Intern – MarTech & AI (Part-time)

About the role

GoGoChart is an award-winning digital marketing and technology company helping brands grow through digital and AI-driven solutions. We are looking for a Technology Research Intern to support research and testing for our AI-powered marketing technology (MarTech) platform. Working alongside our technology team, you will explore the platform's capabilities, study relevant web technologies and prepare reports that help inform improvements. This role is suited to students or recent graduates with a foundation in website development who want to gain practical experience at the intersection of technology, AI and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and test our AI solution platform, recording observations, issues and potential improvements
• Research relevant technical topics and present findings in clear, structured reports
• Assist with website reviews, including HTML, page structure and how Google crawls and indexes content
• Support basic website updates and testing through content management systems (CMS)
• Work with our technology team to investigate questions and support ongoing project tasks
• Provide regular progress updates and discuss findings with the team

About you

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a Higher Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Web Development or a related discipline
• A working knowledge of HTML and a basic understanding of website development
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, such as WordPress, through coursework, projects or work experience
• A basic understanding of Google crawling and indexing
• The ability to research technical topics, organise information and explain findings clearly
• A curious, detail-oriented approach and the confidence to ask questions
• Good time management, reliable follow-through and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks
• Good written English for research and reporting
• Experience with CSS, JavaScript or basic scripting is a plus
