Technology Resilience Manager

Job Summary:

Nash Doro Technology Ltd. is seeking a Technology Resilience Manager to strengthen the reliability and continuity of its technology environment. The role will focus on preparing systems and teams for service disruptions, coordinating resilience measures, and ensuring practical recovery arrangements are understood and regularly reviewed.

What You'll Do:

• Lead technology resilience and service continuity activities
• Identify technology services that are critical to business operations
• Coordinate resilience assessments across systems, platforms, and infrastructure
• Develop and maintain practical technology recovery arrangements
• Work with technical teams to understand service dependencies and potential points of disruption
• Organise resilience exercises and recovery testing activities
• Review test outcomes and coordinate actions arising from identified weaknesses
• Support technology teams during significant service incidents and recovery activities
• Liaise with suppliers and technology partners regarding continuity arrangements
• Maintain resilience documentation, recovery information, and readiness records
• Provide management with updates on resilience risks, preparedness, and improvement priorities

Requirements:

• Experience in technology operations, IT service continuity, infrastructure, systems management, operational resilience, disaster recovery, or a related environment
• Good understanding of technology services and their business dependencies
• Strong planning and risk-assessment abilities
• Ability to coordinate activities across several technical teams
• Confident communication with technical and business stakeholders
• Practical approach to incident preparedness and service recovery
• Comfortable maintaining plans, reports, and resilience documentation
• Previous resilience, continuity, or technology management experience is advantageous
• Technology, information systems, business continuity, or related qualifications are helpful, with relevant professional experience also considered

Pay: £65,000.00 per year
