Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Product Lifecycle Management data and configurations within FlexPLM.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system improvements.
• Support new product introductions, testing efforts, and go-live activities.
• Manage product specifications, BOMs, workflows, user access, and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues across connected platforms.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with FlexPLM.
• Experience supporting PLM platforms, product data, or product development systems.
• Background gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience working with system integrations, data management, or enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Must be located within driving distance of headquarters for occasional onsite meetings and events.
