Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi (Onsite)
Working Days: Monday - Friday

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Technology Solutions Associate to support our USA-region operations from our back office in Pakistan. This is an entry-level opportunity for technically qualified graduates who want to build a career beyond traditional software development. The role combines technology knowledge with product sourcing, procurement, vendor coordination, client communication quotations. and B2B technology dealings for the US market. Prior professional experience is not mandatory. We are primarily looking for individuals with a strong technical foundation, excellent English communication skills, confidence. and the ability to understand technology products and business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand us-based client requirements and identify suitable technology products and solutions.
• Research and source hardware, software, networking. and other technology products.
• Coordinate With vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, specifications, and quotations.
• Prepare and compare quotations, product specifications, and sourcing options.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients. vendors. and business stakeholders.
• Support 82B technology requirements from initial inquiry through sourcing and order processing.
• Coordinate purchase orders, quotations. product availability, and related documentation.
• Conduct product and market research to identify suitable technology solutions
• Maintain accurate records Of inquiries, quotations, vendors. orders, and ongoing requirements.
• Develop strong knowledge Of technology products. pricing, specifications, and the US market.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

A completed Bachelor's degree with strong English communication is mandatory in one of the following or a closely related technology discipline:

• Software Engineering
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Cyber Security / Network Security
• Telecommunications / Networking

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
