Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for Metrology Overlay technical requirements in mass production technology transfer, including IBO, DBO, and SEM OVL; provide guidance and constructive recommendations on other metrology requirements during technology transfer;

2.Responsible for improvement of production line metrology Defense system, optimization of existing metrology solutions, enhancement of measurement accuracy, stability, and throughput, ensuring authenticity and stability of metrology data and stable yield improvement;

3.Collaborate with R&D departments to develop and evaluate new metrology technologies and methodologies;

4.Mentor junior PEs in the department and assist in their rapid growth;

5.Write clear technical reports and deliver effective presentations at project meetings.

Qualifications

1.8+ years of semiconductor-related experience; memory R&D experience preferred; familiar with semiconductor metrology processes; experience in OVL/CDSEM/HVSEM and other technical applications preferred;

2.Bachelor's degree or above in Microelectronics, Physics, Materials, Optics, Chemistry, or other science and engineering disciplines;

3.Strong spirit of exploration, proactive attitude, pursuit of excellence, hardworking nature, teamwork spirit, and ability to solve problems through innovative approaches;

4.Excellent communication and coordination skills; project management experience preferred.
