Job Summary

We are looking for a Technology Specialist with strong cybersecurity and technical implementation experience to support customer engagements across SIEM, SOAR and UEBA solutions having AI product background.

The role will involve hands-on technical ownership of POCs, deployments, integrations, configurations, demonstrations, architecture design and customer technical deep-dive sessions . The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting and implementation skills, along with the ability to work directly with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) for SIEM, SOAR and UEBA solutions.
• Perform solution deployment, installation, configuration and troubleshooting .
• Configure and integrate security solutions with customer infrastructure and third-party technologies.
• Conduct customer technical deep-dive and discovery sessions to understand requirements and existing infrastructure.
• Set up and deliver product and solution demonstrations .
• Design and prepare solution architecture diagrams based on customer requirements for POC.
• Prepare technical documentation including deployment guides, architecture documents, integration details and configuration documents for POC.
• Provide hands-on technical support during customer deployments and POCs.
• Work closely with Sales, Presales, Product and Engineering teams to deliver successful customer engagements.
• Perform onsite customer visits and technical POC implementation activities as required.
• Troubleshoot issues across Linux/Unix, cloud, networking, integrations and security platforms.
• Support automation and deployment activities using tools such as Ansible and DevOps technologies .

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity technology, implementation, deployment or technical consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience in Cybersecurity .
• Good understanding and practical exposure to:
• SIEM SOAR UEBA AI Based Detections
• Security integrations and log/data onboarding
• Linux / Unix environments
• Cloud deployments
• API-based integrations
• Deployment and configuration activities
• Working knowledge of Ansible and DevOps practices .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to create and explain technical architecture diagrams .
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct technical discussions and explain complex solutions to customers.
• Willingness to travel onsite based on customer and project requirements.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 3–5 Years

Work Model: On-Site (100% Work from Office)

Travel: Onsite customer travel at least 1 week per month , as required by business/customer needs
