Technology Support Engineer

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

The role includes creating and implementing change requests and updating knowledge resources to facilitate efficient troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams is a key part of the daily activities to analyze issues and ensure timely resolution, contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team to enhance overall capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Technology Architecture. - Strong understanding of system integration and infrastructure design principles. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases. - Proficient in incident and problem management processes within complex IT environments. - Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. - Skilled in analyzing system performance metrics to support operational stability.
