About the Role

Provide high-level on-site technical support to client personnel across networking, telecommunications, and end-user technologies.

This role requires strong AV support experience and excellent customer-facing skills in a professional environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, guidance, and solutions for complex technology issues.
• Support AV equipment in meeting rooms (e.g., Condeco, Surface Hub, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Barco ClickShare, Polycom).
• Perform laptop troubleshooting, maintenance, and administration.
• Support and troubleshoot Apple MacBooks, iOS, and Android devices (setup and configuration).
• Manage and support HP, Xerox, and Canon print devices.
• Work with Windows 10, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
• Provide in-person support to resolve complex technical issues with strong customer service.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve and prevent recurring issues.
• Analyze impacts and guide solution processes to meet customer and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with teams and leverage multiple resources to meet customer requirements.
• Support implementation of client technology solutions.
• Communicate system updates to customers as needed.
• Coordinate, track, and maintain inventory.
• Document and track issues using ServiceNow and ensure follow-ups.
• Perform software and firmware upgrades and testing.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues at the operational level.
• Participate in postmortem analysis and share best practices.
• Share solutions using collaboration tools like Yammer and SharePoint.
• Provide technical guidance and consult with stakeholders.
