Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in OSD manufacturing, preferably in a technology transfer role.
• Strong understanding of technology transfer principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with gap assessment and process optimization techniques.
