We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join the KKR engineering team
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in Python, React, nodedot js, and SQL
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications that meet our users' needs

A Staff Engineer who coordinates teams, drives cross-functional initiatives, and ensures successful delivery of complex systems
You possess strong technical depth and breadth, along with a sound understanding of system architecture

Lead development and architecture for full-stack applications using React, Nodedot js, and Python
Set short to medium-term technical strategy and drive execution across teams

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using Python with an API-first approach and front-end using React / NodeJS, Implement back-end web services utilizing AWS technologies to ensure scalability, reliability, and security, Optimize applications for higher throughput and maximum speed, Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and testable code with relevant and up to date documentation, Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability, Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, Ability to work effectively in a collaborative cross-functional team environment to define, design, and ship new features, Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our systems remain cutting-edge, Engage and lead in cross-team collaboration for integration, CI / CD, understanding the business requirements, working directly with our stakeholders
