Position: TechOps Executive / Technical Operations Executive
Department: Technology / TechOps
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain day-to-day technical operations.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to systems, software, and hardware.
Coordinate with the technology and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor system performance and report technical issues promptly.
Assist with technical setup, equipment, and system maintenance.
Maintain technical documentation and operational reports.
Requirements:
Graduate or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced media and OTT environment.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may apply.
