French Language Examiner – TEF / DFP

Job Description

Elite College of Business & Healthcare is looking for qualified French language professionals to join our team as TEF (Test d’évaluation de français) and/or DFP (Diplômes de français professionnel) Examiners.

We are preparing to expand our French language examination services and are looking for experienced educators who are passionate about French language education and assessment.

Candidates may apply for the TEF position, the DFP position, or both.

Requirements – TEF Examiner

• An official, recognized qualification in teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE).
• Preferably, training in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• At least 3 years of full-time experience teaching FLE to diverse learners across proficiency levels A1–C2.
• Excellent spoken French and strong communication skills.
• Ability to conduct oral assessments professionally, fairly, and consistently.

Requirements – DFP Examiner

• An official, recognized qualification in FLE teaching methodology.
• Training or experience in teaching Professional French.
• Significant experience teaching French for Specific Purposes (FOS) and/or French for Occupational Purposes to students or working professionals.
• Strong knowledge of professional French communication and language assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and assess French oral examinations according to official TEF and/or DFP procedures.
• Ensure fair, accurate, and consistent assessment.
• Maintain examination confidentiality and professional standards.
• Complete the required examiner training and validation process.
• Collaborate with our examination centre team.
