What they need
Uraian Tugas :
Handle Pelaporan Dan pengawasan terhadap pekerjaan proyek fasilitas umum dan bangunan.
Koordinasi terhadap penataan material dan alat pekerjaan.
Memastikan ketersediaan bahan material yang di perlukan.
Pemeliharaan aset dan fasilitas baik bangunan maupun alat inventaris kantor.
Mengawasi kinerja layanan kebersihan dan keamanan.
Kualifikasi :
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil Sipil.
Pengalaman 1–2 tahun sebagai General Affair / Facility /Office Management, atau posisi terkait
Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel, Powerpont dan administrasi pelaporan.
Terbiasa menangani vendor, fasilitas kantor, aset, transportasi, dan kebutuhan operasional.
Memiliki SIM A.
